Finding the right harness is a very important.

Waist harnesses are very comfortable for just tacking around. However they can be rather uncomfortable wile flying threw the air because you're esentialy hanging from your chest and not your hips.

Seat harnesses are very comfortable for both jumping and riding. Most also have a good bit of padding for your butt which helps immensely for learning to jump.

The most important piece of equipment for learning to jump is still and always will be the HELMET!
