Colorado Kiteforce Lesson Refund Policy:

Lesson Deposit: When you book your lesson we take a 50% non-refundable deposit. After your lesson is complete, we will collect the balance of the lesson fee.

Rescheduling: Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. If the lesson isn't reseculed with at least 48 hours notice, the original 50% deposit is forfeited or applied to a future lesson. For every rescheduling attempt (within 48 hours), we will take an additional $50 deposit. All of the deposits will be applied to your lesson, when it does take place.

Weather: Here at Colorado Kite Force we guarantee the best service possible to our customers. However, there is no guarantee with the weather and the conditions that it applies. When a lesson has been purchased and a date has been set, cancellation due to weather will be determined on the date of the lesson by the instructor in charge. Our goal is to make our lessons safe, fun and a complete learning experience to the client. However, sometime the weather conditions will not permit this. This may be due dangerous gusty conditions, extremely shifty winds, blizzard or white out conditions, or due to a lack of wind during part or a majority of the lesson. However, we will make the most out of everyday! Our goal is to teach you and or your family to snowkite. And there is much to learn without ever flying a kite or getting on your board or Ski's. Our ground school may take up two two hours or more, so your 50% deposit does not go to waist. And perhaps the wind will even fill in! We will discuss different Kites, skills, and safety that you must learn in order to be a kiter.
